I found great recipe of Indian flat bread called roti - there four ingredients only include salt and water.
You will need:
- 1 Cup of rice flour
- 1 Cup of water
- 2 Tsp vegetable oil
- pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt
Boil water with salt and oil, add flour, stir and remove from heat.
Wait a bit when mix will be warm to make a ball. Divide it to 6 balls and roll them thin as you can. It is sticky and I could manage roll balls only when smeared them with oil.
In original recipe you have to heat non sticky frying pan on medium heat and cook bread on both sides till see bubbles.
I changed cooking part and fried breads in oil till they get crunchy. It came out delicous :)
Warning: bread is very tasty and if you watch your weight, remember- there 150 calories in 1/4 cup of rice flour.
